Compassionate, Trauma-Informed Care Starts With Supported Clinicians

We are seeking compassionate clinicians who value meaningful therapeutic work, professional growth, and building sustainable healing spaces for both clients and therapists.

At Compassionate Healing Psychotherapy & Consultation, we believe healing happens within compassionate, authentic, and relationally safe spaces — not only for clients, but for clinicians as well.

We are a growing trauma-informed psychotherapy practice serving adolescents, adults, couples, and families throughout Arizona and Illinois. Our mission is to create meaningful, sustainable healing while also supporting clinicians in building fulfilling long-term careers within a collaborative and supportive private practice environment.

We are committed to creating an anti-oppressive, LGBTQ+ affirming, neurodiversity-affirming, and culturally responsive space where both clients and clinicians feel respected, supported, and valued in their unique identities and lived experiences.

Why Clinicians Choose CHPC

We believe meaningful clinical work happens when clinicians feel supported, respected, and empowered to grow authentically within their professional identity. Our practice values collaboration, sustainability, creativity, and long-term development rather than productivity-driven burnout culture.
